Who we are

Funerals Spain is operated by Norry Holdings Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar. The site is a pre-launch landing page for a future spain funeral and repatriation help resource. You can contact us at help@funeralsspain.com.

What we collect

• Email address, only when you choose to join the waitlist on this page.
• Pseudonymous analytics from Microsoft Clarity (session recordings, heatmaps) and Google Analytics 4 (page views, basic device data). IPs are anonymised. No personally identifying information is captured by these tools.
• Server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel), retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

Why we collect it

If you give us your email, we use it to email you when the site launches and occasionally to ask questions that shape what we build. We never sell or rent it. Analytics data is used to understand which sections of the page are useful and which are not.

Legal basis (UK GDPR + Gibraltar Data Protection Act)

• Consent for marketing emails. You give it when you tick the box. You can withdraw it any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
• Legitimate interest for pseudonymous analytics, as a proportionate way to understand usage of a pre-launch page.

Who else sees your data

Three providers process data on our behalf as sub-processors, under written data processing agreements:

• Supabase (EU region) for storing waitlist signups
• Mailcow on Hetzner (Germany) for sending and receiving email
• Vercel (EU region) for hosting the site
• Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 for pseudonymous analytics

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe, or until the site launches and you have either opted in to the full product or unsubscribed. Analytics data is retained per the standard retention periods of each provider (typically 14 to 26 months for GA4, 12 months for Clarity).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Gibraltar Data Protection Act 2004, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email help@funeralsspain.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (gra.gi) or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We will update this page when our data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change.
